The collie is a graceful and beautiful dog, but its everyday life is not all about glamor! Our dogs are at their very happiest when they can run freely in the Witley Common in Surrey, which we are fortunate enough to have near our home. They are unseparable together in the woods, and will take turns chasing one another at full speed.
Every dog is a unique individual, and Nemi and Sonic are sometimes as different as night and day. However, they are also unmistakably collies. They are extremely aware of their surroundings, and adapt quickly to the moods of people around them. They are also clean creatures who will avoid mud and puddles with great determination!
Our collies are part of the family, and spend most of their time in our company. They are always a priority and consideration, whether it comes to moving houses or booking a holiday. Owning dogs might involve some sacrifices and compromises, but in my opinion, the rewards far outweigh the disadvantages. My dogs enable me to pursue my interest in showing and breeding, but most importantly, they provide friendship and love beyond compare. Every dog we have had, holds a special place in my heart.
